quick update

I'm currently in Amsterdam, staying with people who have network connectivity. I have been out of contact for a while now. It's nice to be back online. I leave Amsterdam on Monday to fly to Boston for the Usenix Annual Tech. Conference, then a brief visit with a friend in CT before heading home.
