buy him toys all he does is play with the box

I'm sitting in my living room where I have several hundreds of dollars worth of Nintendo Wii hooked up to an even more expensive stereo/TV setup. If that isn't enough, I have a DSlite sitting within 1 AR (arm's reach) of me.

So what am I doing? Am I playing with any of the expensive toys? No, I'm playing solitaire on the laptop.
