The Wedding & reception

It was a nice, short Catholic wedding. It lasted about 30 minutes (I expected more like 90) and we weren't asked to kneel even once. It was picturesque and served its function nicely.

The reception afterwords involved a lot of food, a lot of dancing, and a lot of socializing. It was also very nice but it lasted more than 30 minutes. :) It was still going fairly strong when Geoff and I left around 23:15 or so.

Ya, me either. I'm told they are (and clearly, they are) but my past experiences didn't prepare me for it.
