Which Flavor Spot did you go to? The original cart is really near my house (the tiny green waffle cart in that parking lot of a video store) Their second location is a bigger cart, on the corner near the ReBuilding Center. I have, on occasion, had a waffely breakfast while walking the mile from my house to the MAX.

From your description I'd say we went to the original one. We went to the one on/near Lombard.
