The local ones in the Cradle of Kingdoms are sooo supportive! It'd be a damned shame if corporate has gone all A Bridge too Far on this topic.

Trader Joe's claims they're just taking advantage of the low-staffing levels to do some "necessary remodeling and safety updates" or something like that and that the store will reopen shortly and everyone will be paid for the work they would have done and all the food that might spoil will go to food banks.

So, *If* this is true, then when they re-open with all the same staff as before I'll consider shopping there again.
