AArrrggghhhhh!!!!

I still have an entire cheesecake left!

I do however, have roughly 2.25 lbs of chocolate less. It was fun, it was wonderful, it was CHOCOLATE HEAVEN!

But I've still got this bloody cheesecake in my fridge. I wonder if it'll freeze ok.

Cheesecakes can freeze well, yes. Or, bring it into the office and tell the grad students "free cheesecake!" from a distance.

Frozen cheesecakes is also delicious - and easier to eat without cutlery!
